10/20/2011: We didnt share the news with any until we both went to the first ultra sound. As per my calculation I was in my 7 weeks, but when I went to the ultrasound scan , she said I am 6 weeks 2 days and the baby heart beat was 161b/m. Thats it????its the same though we both had. On the same day, while returning to home by car , I called mom and dad , I told them, get ready with the gold bowls.Mom and dad both understood and they said wow....Mom and dad both are so happy.
After comming home , we kept the ultrasound pic , our baby's first pic which said, Hi Mommy and Hi Daddy, infront of God. We called athaya and mamaya. Krishna first spoke to them. He didnt tell in a diff way, he just said, you guys are becoming grand parents and munny is pregnant. Athaya and Mamaya both are happy. :)
Thats all. We didnt tell to any right away. We decided to announce the news after the 2nd ultrasound or after 4 months. But during 2 1/2 months, Akkaya chatted with me and she told that she is preg, so I said I am too. Akkaya is 1month late than me. I didnt share with chitti. I dont remeber the day or date, but one say chitti said that they are going to Dhwaraka Thirumala and she said she will pray for us, I felt senti and I told her in a indirect way. On the same day, mom ,me and chitti were on conference call. We talked for long time ,so mom asked me to sleep and take rest. Mom hung up so chitti asked me any news, why mom is asking you to rest. I said ya we have a news. She understood :)
During 2 1/2 months (Almost near to 3 months, one week before I had the 12 weeks ultrasound) I had an interview in NJ. We had to travel to NJ. We were scared that everyone can understand because I had lot of nasuea in the begining of pregnancy and I also had vomtings. Luckly no one guessed, I think pramodhi vadhina did and she asked Krishna if I am pregnant , He replied ' when the time comes we will tell'. Pramodhi vadhina guessed because, she cooked mysore bajji and chutney I couldnt control the smell, so I went upstaris and sat there for long time. She gave chakinalu to eat ,but I ate very less. Also even Anu and Srikanth were also in NJ, Srikanth was continuly saying , you look so tired....I thought ppl might understand but no one did.
Actually , In the early days, srikanth and we planned to go to fall colors, but later we cancelled saying that krishna has work, then itslef Anu and srikanth guessed, but they didnt ask us. Anyways, finally we were out of NJ. Later I got two job offers and good pay from NJ role. So after discussion during 3 months we told to Arun annaya and Pammi . After the ultrasound almost nearto 4th month we went to Srikanths house and we told them. Later we called Kouma and told them. We doubt athaya vallu already told them. Also Sampath anna said , we already knew the news, becoz , one day by mistake we spoke not telling anyone about the news and they heard us in skype :) How funny!
During Dec 16th , there was Ammama's Samvastharikam, Athaya told to most all most every one on that day.
So thats how we revealed the news in the family and relatives. I didnt tell to any in my fnds, After I joined in new company during dec month I called Kala and told her. I told to Lavanya , when I was in 3rd month.I told to Tinku on his B'day and told to Hemanth in Jan before we going to Inida. Thats it!!!!!!!!Others knew from each other. Word of mouth. It never stops.
